Mursal tea (Sideritis Scardica) is an aromatic medicinal plant grown and cultivated in Bulgaria by EcoTheos. The herb is a Balkan endemic, a rare plant that grows only in a few places in our country. In Russia, a decoction of Mursalian tea was given to cosmonauts in their preparation for flight, and some Russian scientists compare Mursalian tea with ginseng, due to a great similarity in the properties of the two plants. The plant contains many trace elements, essential oils and flavanoids, iron, copper, cobalt, zinc, potassium, magnesium, sodium, etc. The herb has a strong antioxidant, tonic, antianemic and diuretic effect. Its regular consumption reduces the risk of high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke. Helps the body with prostate diseases. It is used for difficult urination, diseases of the kidneys and urinary ducts. Mursal tea stimulates potency and is often used as an aphrodisiac.

Directions for use: Place 2-3 sprigs of the herb in 1 l of boiling water and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes.
