High quality cold-pressed oil with a neutral and gentle taste and high content of vitamin E. Natural source of Omega 3, 6, 7 and 9 unsaturated fatty acids. There are so-called ‘residual traces’ (<0.1%) from silymarin. It is important to note that silymarin is NOT fat soluble and is primarily found in the White Thorn seed (flour, unfiltered oil and tahini).
Cold-pressed milk thistle oil is obtained by pressing the seeds of the White thistle plant and does not contain impurities and preservatives. White thistle oil is a valuable dietary product. Its useful qualities are due to tocopherol, carotenoids, the complex of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Contains vitamins and minerals, mostly stands out for its high content of vitamin E and Omega 3,6,7 and 9. The oil is used in a daily dose of 1-3 tablespoons orally or as an additive in salads and cold dishes. The oil is NOT subject to heat treatment!
