Its consistency is thicker than filtered oil due to the presence of fine particles from the seed. It has an interesting taste from the combination of seeds and a gentle aroma of oil. It can be added to foods (without heat treatment) and salads. We can call it a superfood. Unfiltered oil is an oil obtained by pressing the seeds of the White Thorn plant, without impurities and preservatives. White thistle oil is a valuable dietary product. Its useful qualities are due to tocopherol, carotenoids, the complex of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
