Mint is an herb used since ancient times to soothe upset stomach and indigestion. Mint is also known as a female herb, as it acts favorably on pain and unpleasant sensations during the monthly cycle. Prevents morning sickness during pregnancy. Increases bile secretion and promotes bile secretion, helping to speed up and facilitate digestion. It works well with nervous excitement, headaches and migraines. The herb is very fragrant and pleasant to taste. A cup of tea from it predisposes to a moment of peace. The herb has been grown and dried in clean regions in Bulgaria.

Directions for use: 1-2 teaspoons of the herb are poured with 250-300 ml of boiling water. It is taken as herbal tea, pure or sweetened. Do not use in case of impossibility to the herb. Not recommended for children under 3 years.
