Whole grain crispy salts Grizzets made of spelled and seasoned with sea salt. Fragile and delicious, for their preparation is used Bulgarian einkorn, ground on a stone mill, kvass, organic coconut oil slightly seasoned with sea salt. Why Bulgarian einkorn?
Einkorn is an ancient wheat variety that has remained wild and unaffected by human activity, with a characteristic low gluten content, an alkaline character and a rich nutritional profile. In addition, einkorn is organically certified and grown on a small family farm in southeastern Bulgaria.

Grisette salts have a natural taste, do not contain artificial ingredients, preservatives, flavor enhancers, glazing agents, colorants, hydrogenated fats or GMO products.
