Einkorn is an ancient wheat variety that has remained wild and unaffected by human activity, with a characteristic low gluten content. Slightly flavored with sea salt and grated Parmesan cheese. Salts from the Grisetti series have a natural taste suitable for children. Greases do not contain artificial ingredients, preservatives, flavor enhancers, glazing agents, colorants, hydrogenated fats or GMO products.
